    9i havE a 4ft-wide bed and i would like to buy fitted and flat sheets for it. Can you tell me where i can buy them at a reasonable price? – Eileen Dymchurch, Kent 2ZENA SAYS: There are several firms who sell fitted sheets for a 4ft bed, such as The Linen Cupboard (01484 871 6282) where you’ll find a polycotton sheet for pounds 12 or Egyptian cotton for pounds 15.

    Bedlinen Direct are a little more pricey but neither will 4ft flat sheets. Buy standard double – you won’t be able to tell the difference.
